Our body is similar to a Sea Holothuria, made up of a thin and delicate envelope or “rubber bag” filled with water and packed with all types of tubes, small tubes, capillaries, canals (lymphatic and blood vessels, respiratory, digestive and excretory, urogenital pathways, etc.). This “bag of water” constantly vibrates to the rhythmic waves of cosmic and planetary signals, generators of life (light, temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, ions, magnetism, gravity, etc.). The central change (brain), progressive and programmed, of the reactivity of the “bag of water” and its adaptability to “rhythmic waves” is equivalent to aging. The neuroimmunomodulation, hence, reversal of the brain’s program “grow-procreate-grow old-die” in the pineal gland, is able to stop and reverse aging! The endogenous molecules able to maintain the flexibility and the vibrational capacity of the “bag of water” and its “canals” are already at our disposal!

Sleep where it is pitch black!

 

Sleep in the dark, blocking out light as much as possible. Avoid all types of night light, especially light shining directly on your eyes or sudden glares. If necessary, keep a faint indirect red soft light on, whose wavelength does not inhibit the pineal gland.

These rules are especially important for infants!

The effects of continuous artificial light at night, especially for growing children, is devastating! It creates all types of irreversible pathologies! The same applies to nightclubs with violent and dazzling lights, source of many diseases. Your retina is always connected to the brain and reports abnormal messages that alter the optical centers. These are connected to the pituitary gland and endocrine glands. Therefore, hormonal rhythms are altered and, consequently, also immunity, which depends totally on these rhythms. Excessive lighting is part of the environmental devastation over the last 50 years.

Only drink pure water!

 

Avoid getting used to drinking any type of sweetened beverage with or without dyes, stabilizers, anti-fermentative and sweeteners in boxes or bottles, of any nature and origin and from any source, unless it is pasteurized fruit juices or extracts, although these may contain anti-parasitic chemicals used in agriculture and which are not generally removed by washing peel and rinds. Make fresh squeezed fruit juices or smoothies at home, after thoroughly cleaning the fruit, including citrus fruit (skin contaminated with very toxic substances). Yellow or pink grapefruit is highly recommended for its antibacterial properties. Avoid any kind of canned fruit and ready-made “fruit salads”.

Walk barefoot!

 

When possible, walk barefoot on land, grass, the beach and even at home. Avoid over-covering your legs with heavy pants. Lower limbs, feet and hands have to perceive body temperature and excessive winter protection changes the development and maintenance of the temperature control centers of the brain and the skin. Get your feet used to the roughness of the ground. Do it at home as well! The soles of the feet are very important for the stimulation of the rest of the body and brain, as well as to maintain an efficient temperature control. These exercises can also be done in winter! Get children to appreciate the natural pleasure of feeling the ground under the soles of their feet!

Eat what you like every day!

 

Run away from dieting! Eat everything that you like and are used to, using moderation and common sense. Apart from diseases that require a special diet, such as lactose or gluten intolerance (created by the senseless use of antibiotics that destroy the intestinal mucosa and maintain the physiological flora, allowing the penetration of antigens and, therefore, a sensibility to certain foods), “dietetics” were created for profit. A healthy diet must use fats, which are not at all harmful but necessary to make food tasty. Avoid using excess sugars and carbohydrates daily (bread, pasta, ice cream, cakes), since they are quickly transformed into fat. On the contrary, fats require a long processing period before being re-transformed into fat! Maintain your eating habits avoiding excesses and only incorporating into your daily diet what you think is useful and enjoyable. Do not be fooled by “dieticians”, instead listen to intelligent nutritionists.

 

A valuable tip: gradually teach your children (and yourself!) to chew and eat, in specific quantities and daily, all types of raw vegetables (carrots, fennel, celery, cauliflower, turnips and other), as well as cooked, tasty cereal and legume soups, simple dishes, home-made and traditional recipes that contain all of the necessary elements for to maintain good health and protect the stomach and intestines from all kinds of diseases, including cancer. It will also save you from being constipated! Eat only sun ripened seasonal fruit! Eat bellyfuls! Eat what you like every day!

Smoking no, wine yes!

 

Don’t smoke and avoid direct or indirect smoke. Don’t place a time bomb in your body! Drink spirits only in small quantities and only on special occasions. On the contrary, go ahead and drink wine, best if red and of biological origin (vines maintained only with biological pesticides and antiparasitic agents), even daily, one to two glasses with meals. It is a gift from God.

Walk, walk, walk!

 

Walk whenever you can! Man has always walked, and this is one of the fundamental motor functions. Try to walk every day and whenever you can, go up and down the stairs, don’t use the car for short distances, even if you have to bear weights that are not too heavy. Organize your life so that walking is necessary and pleasant, fast or slow. Non-coercive and unhurried daily regular motor activity (walking, cycling, jogging) is also goof for lazy people! Do not let yourself transform, as is happening, from men into aquatic invertebrates! You will not even like yourself! Do your best to integrate movement into your daily life and to always be in contact with Nature and periodic seasonal changes. They regulate your biological rhythms and transmit them to your pineal gland!

Remain a daytime person, sleep at night!

 

Scrupulously maintain your sleep-wake rhythms, without fanaticism or exaggeration. Do not exchange the night with the day or vice versa and be proud of it! You are condemning yourself to an early death! There is nothing more nefarious than the permanent imbalance of natural biological rhythms, which refer to the day-night or light-dark circadian periodicity, which are part of our genetics and precisely regulate the cyclic secretion of all hormones, which in turn control immunity. Seven to eight hours of sleep are sufficient as long as the sleep is deep and not disturbed by lights and noises. Go to bed at the right time (10 p.m. to midnight) and avoid duties, tasks and jobs that alter your biological rhythms and prevent you from keeping your sleep-wake rhythm, leading to the development of autoimmune, degenerative, cardiovascular, metabolic diseases and cancer.

In the summer and whenever you can, give your brain a fresh shower!

 

The centers of constant control are at the center of our brain. I realized that the brain and Nervous Centers, including the pineal gland, are subject to constant "hyperpyretic" abuse due to mobile phones, hats and various headgear, environmental heat, “sun baths”, tanning centers and other recent sources of social and pseudo-therapeutic craziness. In ancient times people were very careful when it came to exposing their heads to sources of heat and the sun. The head was almost always exposed to environmental and seasonal temperatures and then automatically underwent a “constant physiological massage”. In order to provide the brain and precious Pineal gland a beneficial “fresh” message that contributes to the maintenance of a correct central temperature, I recommend to practice regularly, in the summer and in any condition where this is possible, frequent and prolonged cold showers to the head, with a jet of fresh water directed at the nape, neck, head, so that this “massage” is felt directly by the nerve centers and the pineal gland, which tend to temperature control by releasing various hormones, firstly, adrenal steroids and thyroid hormones. Get your children used to this process and avoid dangerous pathologies!

Fevers are our friend, but with wisdom and without panicking!

 

In the vast majority of cases a moderate increase in temperature has very beneficial and lasting effects. I am not referring to "hyperpyrexia" above 40 ° C, but to the common fever that appears to control viruses and bacteria and to promote, with an increase in available energy, an effective and rapid immune response, in the form of production of antibodies and activation of T-lymphocytes, in various forms to neutralize, with various mechanisms, viruses and bacteria. Fever also changes the psychic state because it changes the oxidative metabolism of the brain and perception of the world inside and outside of us. Unfortunately, we speak very little and inappropriately about temperature control, a fundamental mechanism of homoiothermic organisms, to which man belongs. The elevation of body temperature, if it remains within acceptable limits (37-39°C), has beneficial effects not only on the body (immunization), but also on the psyche. In fact, no longer having a fever in a time when antibiotics and antipyretics did not exist, left a person feeling “regenerated” and reborn, since feeling better also meant returning to normal life. I, of course, refer to a fever produced by infectious agents and not to other serious diseases where a continuous fever is, instead, a threatening sign of central alteration due, for example, to absorption of bacterial toxins from the intestine, visible or occult chronic infections due to impaired immunity, or absorption of tissue necrosis products (tumors). It is particularly important to remember that infants and children often have a transient, fickle temperature control, due to many factors but also, and above all, due to the fact that the growing organism ("growth fever") has not yet established an efficient temperature control. We should not, therefore, be afraid when children have high fevers and resort to nefarious and unnecessary antibiotics and massive doses of antipyretics, which produce enormous damage on the mechanisms of resistance immunology, which is reduced only for a temporary apparent benefit. Therefore, be careful: often a fever is not our enemy but our friend!

Mothers, pediatricians and doctors: Antibiotics yes, but only for infective bacterial emergencies!

 

People like the modest Fleming (penicillin) and exuberant Chain (streptomycin) would look aghast and horrified at what they have done with “antibiotics”, from whose name we deduce the anti-biotic action, hence “anti-life”. Let me explain: antibiotics work by blocking the proliferation of all types of bacteria, localization and strain, acting at different levels of their duplication. They are now countless but, unfortunately, a large part of them was produced by man and, therefore, are “man’s chemicals” and not Nature’s. Unfortunately, all antibiotics, to which many owe their lives in acute or chronic bacterial infections, are very toxic and produce a violent negative action (immunosuppression) on the immune defenses. Why? Not having any action on viruses, they facilitate virulence and, therefore, facilitate and induce viral infections. In fact, antibiotics, besides obviously blocking bacterial infections, destroy very important intestinal flora (in particular bacterium coli) which, with numerous mechanisms (production of vitamins and stimulation of the production of blood cells in the bone marrow), maintain the delicate balance of our gastrointestinal tract. Perhaps few know that the most important “lymphatic stations” of the body are located in the intestine!  How else would it be possible to control the kilograms of bacteria that colonize and cohabit with us? In fact, there is the intestinal lymphatic barrier (Peyer's plaques and mesenteric lymph node stations) and above all the extraordinary intestinal mucosa, made up of layers of cells, and here comes the forgotten point (!), that proliferate at a whirling speed, equal to that of bone marrow cell bacteria. Antibiotics indiscriminately block the proliferation of bacteria, intestinal flora, intestinal mucosa and bone marrow, with devastating results on physiology, particularly in children and growing young people.

Doctors do not know it or have forgotten it. These indiscriminate and demented antibiotic treatments produce an extraordinary variety of very serious chronic diseases. However, we only talk about it saying the wrong things and without explaining the real reasons! The culmination of this antibiotic craziness, hence, anti-life, is the use of many types of antibiotics created by man that are extremely toxic, for cancerous diseases, with the pious intention of slowing down and blocking the proliferation of cancer cells! It does not result in stopping the tumor, but the devastating and irremediable immunosuppression that maintains and perpetuates both the tumor and the stripping of the very useful and indispensable enterobacteria and blocks the proliferation of blood cells and destroys gastrointestinal mucosa. In this way, as it is easy to observe, all types of viruses emerge, bacteria and fungi that devastate the body of the unconscious victim. We are now starting to see the results of “man made” anti-biotics, patented and imposed. It is enough to remember that the destruction of intestinal mucosa produced by antibiotics creates and facilitates the penetration of “indigestible” proteins in the circle that generates so-called food intolerances or allergies, which are rapidly increasing. Antibiotics should only be used in acute bacterial infections and for short periods, as we did in the '40s and' 50s.

Keep clean only with soap and water!

 

Avoid constantly using cosmetics, strange soaps, lotions, sunscreens, emollients, toners, hair gels, and any type of useless cosmetic product advertised by manufacturers and traders. Use neutral creams only if extremely necessary. Skin is an organ with a natural protection that is altered in its regenerative and immune defenses by a thoughtless use of all kinds of chemicals. A bar of Marseille soap is enough for all your personal hygiene! Do not protect your skin from bad weather, heat, cold, contact with the earth, or water. Direct skin contact with the external environment strengthens immunity. This is especially true for children and young people. Skin should not be protected but, on the contrary, must be constantly “at risk” of scratches, abrasions, small wounds. These “signals” from the skin are received by the brain, which then signals regeneration to the hormonal and immune system, thus strengthening the "immunological surveillance" that protects us from viral infections and cancer.

Learn to eat precious bone marrow!

 

Enjoy “ossobuco” and the bone marrow within it. Bone marrow is a true “unexplored continent”!  It is not talked about much or only when there are signs of fatigue (anemia, leukopenia etc.). Our bones are home to kilograms of bone marrow, and it is made up of billions of billions of “niches”, each of which is a world unto itself! Each niche controls itself with proliferative and inhibitory mechanisms and is connected to the central nervous system. In fact, bone marrow, protected by the bone cases, is richly innervated! Marrow produces billions of cells every hour, which constantly renew the production of erythrocytes, leukocytes, platelets and others, all fundamental, as the precursors of the famous T-lymphocytes that colonize the thymus and are the essence of resistance against bacteria, viruses and cancer. Psychic and emotional trauma and so-called “stress” profoundly alter the composition and functions of the bone marrow. We do not talk about antibiotics and drugs! Through the interpretation of the mechanisms of endogenous bone marrow regulation, I arrived, through a long scientific path and completely illustrated in my publications, at the discovery of transferrin and their fundamental role in the regulation and maintenance of immunity. Very few know that bacterial toxins that are constantly produced by the intestinal bacterial mass of B. Coli and that in a minimal quantity pass the intestinal barrier and end up in the blood, are an essential stimulus for the function of marrow! This "collaboration" between our body and intestinal hosts constitutes an irreplaceable stimulus for the function of marrow. Therefore, it is understood how the intestinal sterilization produced by antibiotics and many drugs alters fundamental physiological functions!

sport

Movement yes, always. Sport for those that believe in it.

 

Man’s development has always envisaged movement, work, the pleasure of feeling a balanced body, but never sport. Sport is a human invention and has no counterpart in the animal kingdom.  Without making radical judgements or suggesting magic formulas, I believe that sport has assumed psycho-pathological connotations with a social background and produces enormous damage to the body and psyche. In fact, many people practice sport as a social duty and constraint, in a constant state of stress. This should not be generalized, and my evaluation criteria is certainly not applicable to everybody. I personally believe that an activity based on schedules, forced exercises, gyms, equipment, training and so on is harmful to many who practice it. I am convinced that, always with due and respectful exceptions, we need, as an “animal-man”, to integrate movement into everyday life, whether it is walking, cycling, running without haste and without schedules, swimming in the sea, in the river or the lake, any game and “sport” outside of obligations, schedules and possibly outdoors. However, even exercise at home and for those who want, in a gym can, be useful, provided that it becomes a pleasant habit, without schedules and constraints and is part of everyday life. However, I do not believe that competitive sport can maintain and improve health, let alone prolong life.
